Uniform
Phoenix St Peter Academy has worked with parents, carers and pupils to implement a uniform that works for everyone. Our expectations are set out here. Please note that there are only a small number of Phoenix St Peter Academy branded items which are compulsory to buy, all other branded items are optional, allowing for cost to be kept to a minimum.
Our uniform supplier is Screens Schoolwear located in Rant Score, Lowestoft.
Please note, there is no coat, school bag or water bottle uniform requirement.
Additional requirements:
- hair bows or accessories must be red or yellow only.
- no make-up or nail varnish is allowed.
- we recommend no jewellery at all, but if earrings must be worn, only studs are allowed. These will need to be removed for PE. If this is not possible for any reason, please inform us.
- please ensure every item of clothing and all accessories are labelled clearly with your child’s name.

To support families wishing to join Phoenix St. Peter Academy, the school offers a Uniform Bundle free of charge for every child which transfers to our school.
Each child in your family who joins our school will receive:

Unisex Cardigan - Reception to Year 6 (Compulsory)
Our School Cardigan is super washable, wearable and in a very practical Phoenix grey, complimented with the colourful Phoenix school logo. Alternative plain grey garment from high street stores can also be worn.
Unisex Round-Neck Jumper - Reception to Year 4 (Compulsory)
Our Round-Neck Jumper is super washable, wearable and in a very practical Phoenix grey, complimented with the colourful Phoenix school logo. Alternative plain grey garments from high street stores can also be worn.
Unisex N-Neck Jumper - For Years 5 & 6 (Compulsory)

Unisex White School Polo Shirt - Optional for Years Reception to Year 4
Our School Polo Shirt is super washable, wearable and complimented with the colourful Phoenix school logo. Alternative plain white polo shirts from high street stores can also be worn.
Skirts / Pinafore & Gingham Dress
Children should wear a plain black skirt or plain black pinafore dress, or yellow gingham dress. Skirt and dress length should be to the knee.
Trousers & Shorts
Children should wear plain black school trousers or plain black school shorts.
School Tie - Compulsory for Years 5 & 6, together with a traditional School Shirt
Our smart clip-on School Tie is compulsory for Years 5 & 6 only, both girls and boys.
Reception & KS1 Learning Bag - Optional
Our smart children's book bag is ideal for our younger students in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
Unisex PE & Sports Performance Shirt (Compulsory)
Our performance P.E. & Sports Shirt features red detailing on the sleeves and is complimented with the colourful Phoenix logo. Easily washable and wearable for quick return to the PE Kit Bag!
Unisex Sports Shorts (Compulsory)
Our performance P.E. & Sports Shorts feature the school logo and are easily washable and wearable for quick return to the PE Kit Bag!
Unisex Sports Jacket (Optional)
Our performance P.E. & Sports Jacket is super smart and functional, particularly during cooler weather. This garment is optional and can be replaced with a plain black jacket; however, hoodies, sweatshirts with logos are not allowed.
Unisex Sports Joggers (Optional)
Our performance P.E. & Sports Joggers are super smart and functional, particularly during cooler weather. This garment is optional and can be replaced with a plain black sports joggers; however, legging and joggers with logos are not allowed.
Baseball Cap & Beanie (Optional)
Our super swish Baseball Cap and Beanie's compliment our P.E. & Sports kit for those sunny and cooler days! These are only to be work during P.E. & Sports lessons, and not during classroom learning.
