For this year's Comic Relief we will be having a non-school uniform day when children can come to school dressed in red. This can be as simple as a red T-shirt, a hat, a scarf or some red accessories.

From Monday 9th March to Friday 13th March is Science Week.
This year's theme is 'Curiosity'
Each class will be given a question and, using their curiosity through questions and experiments, they will need to come to an answer.
We will be celebrating Valentine's Day with a themed lunch on Friday 13th February.
We will be holding an information session for parents/carers of children in Year 6 who will be taking their SAT's exams this May.
This session will be led by Miss Smith and Mr. Jordan in the Year 6 classroom from 2.45 p.m. - 3.15 p.m. on Tuesday 10th February.
We will be taking part in and supporting this years 'NSPCC Numbers Day' on Friday 6th February 2026.
We would love to see our pupils come to school on this day dressed as something numerical.
Parents/Carers evenings on Tuesday 10th February and Thursday 12th February from 3.30 p.m with Mr. Russell and Miss Womack for Year 4 children only.
During the morning break, on Friday 30th January, Mr. Gibbs will be allocating all Bikeability equipment to children taking part in Year 5 and Year 6.
We will have a whole school assembly on 'World Religion Day', Wednesday 21st January.
Whole school parent/carers evenings on Tuesday 24th February and Thursday 26th February from 3:30 p.m. onwards.
Archie in Year 2 has been thinking hard about Christmas and how a child might feel if they did not receive a gift this year, so Archie has suggested we hold a 'Come to school in your slipper's day' to fundraise for our local Salvation Army's Christmas Gift Appeal and to set a school record for the largest number of children in school wearing slippers!
Children in Years 1,2,3 & 4 will be attending a Christingle service at St. Peter's and St. John's Church, Rectory Road, Lowestoft on Thursday 11th December from 2.00p.m - 3.00p.m.
Families are welcome to come and join us at the church.
As part of their religious education lesson, children in Year 4 will have the joy of decorating this year's Christmas Tree with Madame. Mizeret.
