Parents/Carers can attend together or on different dates.

As part of our 'Seeds to Supper' programme, East Suffolk Council Communities Team will be attending the school on Wednesday 15th March during morning drop-off, to offer free starter kits that allow families to grow their own fruit and vegetables at home.

Growing produce on any scales is proven to have positive mental and physical benefits for people of all ages.
We are getting very excited about the upcoming 'Book Week' here at Phoenix St. Peter Academy
We have a super fun packed week including a visit from local author Emily 'Madge' Payne and a visit from Waterstones' Book Store where children will be able to use their 'World Book Day' token.
On Tuesday, children can attend school dressed in their favourite colour for our 'Day of Colour', and on Thursday children can come dressed as their favourite book character.
There will be lots of fun activities throughout the week including children designing their own 'book token' as part of the National Book Token' competition.
We will end the week with an 'Open School' from 2.45pm - 3.15pm where parents and carers are invited to come and read with their children in their classrooms.
We will be welcoming a Community Benefit Coordinator of the Gull Wing Project to Phoenix St. Peter Academy on Thursday 9th March 2023 to deliver age-appropriate workshops to our pupils in relation to the Gull Wing Bridge, its history, its conception, its build and how it will change Lowestoft.
The Scholastic Book Fair will be coming to Phoenix St. Peter Academy on Monday 20th March through to Friday 24th March.
We are holding a 'Dressing Up Competition' on World Book Day, Thursday 2nd March.
Children can come to school dressed as their favourite character from any book, film, television programme, or comic.
Pupils of Phoenix will be visiting the library and Waterstones on Tuesday 28th March as part of Book Week.
