Having been in the finance sector for 25years, I moved into education in 2015 as School Business Manager for Southwold and Barnby & North Cove Primary Schools, which academised with The Consortium Multi Academy Trust in 2017. This presented an opportunity to progress to role of PA to the CEO and Company Secretary at Consortium, supporting its 11 schools and 1 nursery setting across East Anglia. This was a really exciting and challenging role where I learnt a great deal around strategic leadership, governance, operations, marketing, compliance and business support, but having been in this post for over 3 years, realised that I really missed the school environment and decided to apply for the position at Phoenix St. Peter Academy.
I am delighted to have been appointed as SBM for Phoenix St. Peter - this was my own primary school -Meadow Primary, before heading off to Kirkley Middle and then Kirkley High as they were known then! I am very proud of our community and am looking forward to the exciting future we have at Phoenix St. Peter Academy.
I would be delighted to hear from you, and can be contacted by email at:
